PSI’s Mission:

MAKE LIVES HEALTHIER, IN PARTNERSHIP
Our team of experts in HIV Care work together with clients to create and execute strategies to improve the mental and physical health of our clients. Services include Adult Day Health Care, COBRA Case Management, Primary Care & Residential Health Care and are available in the Bronx, Brooklyn & Queens. Since our founding in 1988, the needs of our clients have changed. These changes have directed our growth. We strive to address every need brought to our doorsteps.

PSI’s Programs:

ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE: Services (including nutrition, education and recreation) available to adults living with HIV/AIDS
COBRA CASE MANAGEMENT: Services available to people living with, affected by or at high risk for contracting HIV/AIDS

HIV TESTING: Oral Testing is done with a swab of the mouth, no needles are required and results are provided in twenty minutes. HIV & STD counseling are provided with testing.

PRIMARY MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH CARE: Services provided by experts in HIV care are available to all people in need

RESIDENTIAL HEALTH CARE AND DRUG TREATMENT: Services available to adults living with AIDS and a history of substance abuse
