The Princeton Review operates three divisions:

The Test Prep Services Division prepares students and parents for higher education with test prep course and tutoring, a website and book publishing, and with admissions financial aid resources.

The SES (Supplemental Education Services) Division provides after-school tutoring and classes for students in the K-12 environment through partnerships with school districts.

The K-12 Division partners with school districts to offer assessment, intervention and professional development.
