Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Associate's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). In lieu of an Associate's degree, two [2] years of directly related full-time experience or a combination of education and experience totaling two [2] years may be considered. Experience working in at least one of the following types of jobs: Ticket Office, Outreach Organization, Arts Organization or Theater.

Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of full time experience (part time experience will be prorated) working in at least one of the following types of jobs: Ticket Office, Outreach Organization, Arts Organization or Theater. Experience working in a Performing Arts Center. Experience working with a ticketing system.

Brief Description of Duties:
Work as hourly staff for Staller Center Operations.

Duties:

  • Assist the box office in ticketing sales, and operations.
  • Assist the Paul W. Zuccaire Gallery in installation, deinstallation, outreach, or gallery watching.
  • Work as part of the house crew for Staller Shows.
  • Assist the Outreach Director in outreach activities advocating for the Staller Center.
  • Work in the Staller Main office to answer phones and assist staff with daily duties.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned as appropriate to rank and departmental mission.

Special Notes:
This is a part-time appointment. FLSA Non Exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.

For this position, we are unable to sponsor candidates for work visas.

Evening and weekend work will be required at times.
