What would my Role and Responsibilities be as a Food Runner?

• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers' tables.
• Verify the correctness and presentation of each dish before serving it to the customer, ensuring it matches our quality standards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and servers to ensure a seamless flow of orders.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to special requests and inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining the dining area's cleanliness and organization, including bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Aid servers in tasks like refilling beverages, delivering condiments, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

What Qualifications do I need to be a Food Runner?

• Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
