Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporate Identity & Branding, formerly known as Corporate Graphics International, is looking for a new Customer Service Center Representative to join their team in North Mankato, MN! In this position, you will play an important part in ensuring our customers are taken care of and the company is well represented!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience and represent our company in a professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries through incoming calls, emails, and live chat

  • Put forth ideas to develop new best practices to maximize the customer experience

  • Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers

  • Build long-lasting customer relationships

  • Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

  • Navigate a variety of computer programs and websites

Your Shift:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • This position will be onsite in our North Mankato, MN facility

You Must Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • 1+ years of customer-related experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills

  • Strong computer proficiency
